As austerity cuts continue to significantly impact on the public sector, organisations must identify ways in which they can do more for less. Print management is one crucial area but notably, an area that is often overlooked when considering how best to make cost savings.
This, combined with the growing adoption of a ‘paperless’ approach and GDPR considerations, makes it more important than ever for organisations to consider their current print and document management solutions and whether they are fit for purpose. With this in mind, our latest survey, in partnership with iGov Survey, sought to consider the solutions currently in place, benefits and areas for improvement as well as assessing the impact of three factors – GDPR implications, paperless approaches and automation. Following extensive review, we have now collated the resulting outcomes and the following report contains a summary of our key findings.
